Refund & Return Policy
We want you to love your Floatanic levitating planter. If something isn't right, here's how returns and refunds work.
30-Day Returns
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
How to Start a Return
Email us at someonefromaboveyt@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll reply with return instructions.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived defective, damaged, or incorrect — in which case we cover return shipping and a replacement or refund.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll let you know whether it's approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the refund to appear.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we'll make it right at no cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items
Gift cards and items marked final sale are not eligible for return.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund after the stated period, please first check with your bank or card issuer, then contact us at someonefromaboveyt@gmail.com.
